Embracing our corporate environmental responsibility, and commitment to passing on these values to future generations, our team, and their families, gathered for our annual environmental initiative at the Calisthenics Park "Zacharias K. Badouvas" in Heraklion – Crete on April 14th, 2024.
Both young and old joined forces to clean and rejuvenate the park, which has proudly been adopted by our company since 2014, in loving memory of Zacharias K. Badouvas.
In 2022, with our company’s initiative and sponsorship, the park transformed into Heraklion’s first Callisthenics Park, inspiring the creation of similar parks by the municipality.
The activities also included an exciting children’s race with a small award ceremony, followed by a demonstration of calisthenics exercises and concluded with a delightful picnic, catered by Paralos Kosta Alímia's chefs. Our team experienced heartwarming moments, uplifted by the laughter of playful children echoing throughout the park, before concluding a delightful Sunday morning and heading home.As we reflect on this memorable occasion, we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering a sustainable future for generations to come.
