ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE PROGRAMME 2009

MEALS & SNACKS

CONTINENTAL EARLY / LATE BREAKFAST

BREAKFAST: American breakfast buffet including fresh orange juice.
LUNCH: Buffet in main restaurant OR a la Carte at the snack bar “Meltemi” (Pizzas, pasta dishes, grill specialities, salad & dessert from the buffet (free choice of venue).
DINNER: Buffet in main restaurant with typical national and international main dishes, warm and cold starters, salads and rich choice of desserts. OR a la Carte Greek and Cretan cuisine (mainly fish) in “Meltiemi”. Once per stay with reservation.
THEME EVENINGS: Twice weekly.
AFTERNOON COFFEE & CAKE: Choice of various cakes, ice cream or fresh fruits, filter coffee and variety of teas.
MIDNIGHT SNACK: Hotdog / Sandwiches / filled rolls.

*All lunchtime and evening meals are prepared with native olive oil from our own production.

Beverages at lunch and dinner: Choice of aperitifs, soft drinks, draught beer, open table wine, Raki and Brandy. Drinks are served at the table during meals.

BEVERAGE OUTLETS. DRINKS INCLUSIVE 10:30 – 24:00

2 pool bars, 1 lobby bar .The choice of beverages includes: Soft drinks, juices, draught beer, table wine, various coffees (filter, espresso, cappuccino, Greek) and teas, local and international alcoholic drinks (brand names), long drinks and cocktails.

CUSTOMER SERVICE: POOL AND BEACH

Our personnel serve drinks and snacks at the pool and on the beach from 12:00 - 16:00.

SPORT / FITNESS & SPA

Tennis (daylight hours/one hour per day inclusive/racquets and ball against deposit). Table tennis (bats and ball against deposit). Beach Volleyball. Mini football. Aerobics. Aqua-gymnastics. Power-walking. Fitness room. Jacuzzi. Sauna (30 minutes per room per stay inclusive). Steam bath. Pedaloes and canoes at the beach 1 hour per week inclusive. Massage (20 minutes back & shoulders per stay inclusive).

ANIMATION

Mini club: Children 4 – 12 years from 10:00 – 12:00 & 15:00 – 17:00, 6 times weekly. Soft animation during the day with various activities and shows in the evening at the amphitheatre.

ADDITIONAL ULTRA ALL INCLUSIVE SERVICES

Wireless Internet in the lobby. 1/2 hour use of Internet-connection per week at the Internet corner. Basket of fruit and wine on arrival. Bottle of water (without gas) daily in the room. Bath articles. Bathrobe in the spa area for wellness guests. Sun beds and umbrellas at the pool and beach inclusive. Safe in the room. Beach towels (deposit). Lifeguard at the beach.

NOT INCLUDED: Beverages: Premium spirits, imported beer, bottled wine, champagne and sparkling wine. Miscellaneous: Wellness/beauty treatments, motorised water sports, laundry and dry-cleaning service, babysitting.
